RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Return Policy-

Did not like the product you had shopped? Changed your mind after receiving your order? No Worries. We respect the fact that many a times you buy a fashion product but change your mind later and decide not to wear it.

 We do not want you to regret your purchase decision later. We value your money and we will not like you to waste your money in buying a product which you will never use.

We offer a very simple 3 step return policy to our customers.

• Inform: You need to share the name and image of the product via email at balajijewelcraft@gmail.com within 48 hours from the time you receive your product. We will then approve your return request and then the next step follows.

• Return: Once you receive our confirmation for your return request approval, you need to ship us the products you wish to return with all the original packaging by keeping it safely back into the box/packaging. The product(s) should be shipped back to us within 5 days from the day we approve your return  request. The cost of shipping the product will be borne by the customer. The product(s) should be in its original and unused condition with intact packaging. Please use a reliable courier service for shipping the product(s) and share the tracking details once the products shipped.

• Refund: The final step starts once we receive the returned package from you. Once we receive your package, we will inform you within 24-48 hours about the receipt. Upon quality check, we will calculate the applicable refund as per our Refund Policy

Cancellation of your order:

• Every order is generally fulfilled within 24 hours of order placement. Orders once placed on our website are only eligible for cancellation until they are shipped from our warehouse.
